Therapy is different from talking to friends or family. At Rusca Therapy you get a neutral, judgment-free space and a modern, tailored approach to counseling — individual, couples, family, or teen sessions, in the office, by phone, or online.

The office is built to lower your shoulders before the first word: beach waves on the wall TV, aromatherapy in the air, purified alkaline water, palm trees on the ceiling, a neon good-vibes sign on a grass wall — and Peacha the pug, our resident mascot, who has her own therapy couch and takes the position seriously.

An interactive approach

My style is interactive. Expect real dialogue — questions, honest feedback, practical tools to try between sessions, and full engagement from the first conversation.

Who I work with

Teens (13 and up) and adults — individually, as couples, and as families. My work is insight-oriented talk therapy, and the right fit matters more than the booking: in therapy, the client and the therapist pick each other. That’s what a first conversation is for.

Teens have a special place in my heart, and the office sits directly across the street from Bullard High, on the corner of Palm & Browning. LGBTQIA+ affirming.
